They refused our reservation. Said that they were full up, even though it was confirmed

Dear Guest,
I confirm the problems of overlapping bookings due to the lack of synchronization of the calendars of the various booking platforms after the Covid period.
We immediately worked to solve the problem and in fact you have used the structure anyway even if on different dates.
To apologize for the inconvenience, we offered an extra night (4 people), we offered breakfasts for all days of stay (including the day of arrival) and we refunded the excess amount (except for the commissions that you had paid extra to vrbo).
We are sorry to receive such a negative rating (1 star) and we honestly thought everything went well.
We are however at your disposal for any problem.
