The apartment of 65 square meters. located on the ground floor it is composed of a living room with kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and a large furnished terrace.
It has all the comforts including independent heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi etc ..

Living room with kitchen complete with: Sofa bed (Bed linen included), TV with Apple TV (Netflix, Youtube, Amazon first videos, etc.), Induction hob, Oven, Refrigerator, Pots and Complete tableware, Dining table extendable up to 6 places.

Double Room: Double bed with four pillows, Large wardrobe with hangers, Mirror, small relaxation area, complete with bed linen.

Small bedroom: Bunk bed, wardrobe with hangers, mirror, complete with bed linen.

Bathroom: Shower Box, Washing Machine, WC, Bidet, Large Mirror, complete with towels for up to 6 people.

Large terrace: outdoor table, 2 chairs, 1 two-seater bench, parasol, drying rack, fireplace with grill and kitchen utensils.

geräumiges ,sauberes Haus nahe gelegen am Strand ,Geschäften und Restaurants. Leider mit kleinen Mängel , der Lattenrost des Doppelbettes war beschädigt und quietschte sehr geräuschvoll bei jeder Drehung. Der Kühlschrank fiel kurzzeitig aus , nach einigem fummeln am Temperaturregler sprang er wieder an. Da die Küche mit einer Induktionsplatte versehen ist und einige Pfannen und Töpfe nicht zum Kochen zu gebrauchen. Da war man schon etwas eingeschränkt. Die Campingstühle im Außenbereich sind auch etwas abgenutzt, einer brach sogar als ich mich ( normale Gewichtsklasse ) hineingesetzt hatte. Deshalb gab ich auch nur 3 Sterne

Wir waren hier 2 Wochen. Vor Check-In ist Parken auf dem Gelände nicht erlaubt (obwohl sehr viele freie Parkplätze). Check-in selbst war nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit kurz und schmerzlos. Der Code aus der Willkommens-Mail funktioniert nicht, Übergabe war persönlich. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Geschirr wird offensichtlich nicht zwischendurch per Spülmaschine gereinigt. Viel Staub und Flecken auf dem Schlafsofa. (Koch-) Geschirr ist minimalistisch vorhanden. Groß kochen kann man nicht, ohne zwischendurch abzuspülen. Für 5 Leute war es schon recht knapp. Betten sind okay, das Schlafsofa ist viel zu weich. Zudem leider Polyester Bettwäsche, ziemlich unangenehm. Der Außenbereich ist recht kahl. Die Bilder täuschen hier. Kein Schirm, nur Markise. Diese bringt außen aber wenig, nur innen. Nur ein Biertisch und billige Plastikstühle. Die Pflanzen sind recht verkommen. Keine Liegen. Den Grillrost musste man erst gründlich reinigen - war sehr eklig. Lage ansonsten Top. Einrichtung ist spärlich aber in Ordnung. Zwei Wohnungen weiter vorne - der Nachbar zeigt wie es sein könnte, wenn man sich etwas Mühe gibt.

Auszeit

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung bei der alles vorhanden ist was man benötigt. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett und auch ein Willkommensgruß war vorhanden. Eine tolle ruhige Lage bei der man in wenigen Minuten am Meer ist. Jederzeit wieder.
