1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, separable into 2 single beds. Individual heating and fans. In summer, the house is airy and rather cool. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, modern oven, all accessories, TV, PC, WI-FI for Internet available.
Lido of Venice. 20 minutes. from St. Mark's Square. In a typical Venetian house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and sunny residential area, just behind the Hotel Des Baines, close to the pedestrian zone. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2001 and tastefully furnished, is equipped with every comfort and has a large supply of laundry and dishes. Small communal garden, with a small table. Great home in a good location

Excellent property in a peaceful residential area of the Lido. Good access to shops, restaurants, beach and the vaporetti for 20 minute travel by waterbus to Venice and the Grand Canal.

Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful spot on the Lido. Close to all shops and amenities as well as the beach. A short walk from the vaporetti ferries. Well-equipped, comfortable and spacious accommodation.

The location of the propertiy is perfect. It is close to shops and to the beach. Communication with the owner was very good. However, the property is dated. It is okay to stay as long as you don’t expect luxury.

We liked the apartment very much and enjoyed our stay. It was very nicely organized and had a distinctive style. it was comfortable and convenient as well, in terms of shops, transport, everything. There is direct connection from the airport as well as to Venice (St. Mark's square, train station). It was peaceful locality with fragrance of flower in the surroundings quite often and close to the beach.

Great authentic house on Lido island. The vaporetto stop is 5 minutes by walking from the house and brings you to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. It’s also possible to take the vaporetto to go to the other islands. It’s very quiet and it gives you a break from the center of Venise. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk also. Bruno and Marco were great hosts. Thank you for everything!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral auf dem Lido de Venezia, ca 5 Min vom Bootsanleger entfernt. Mit dem Vaporetto gelangt man bequem zu allen Zielen in Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Zum duschen steht einem eine Badewanne zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sein Neffe hat uns persönlich empfangen. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung, die uns so gut gefallen hat. Sie ist groß, typisch venezianisch eingerichtet, hat eine super ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen und bequeme Betten. Man kommt schnell mit den Valporettos nach Venedig und zur Biennale und kann sich von den vielen Eindrücken dort gut erholen und das Meer und den Strand am Lido genießen. Perfekter Urlaub in der ruhigen venezianischen Wohnung

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dieser schönen eingerichteten venezianischen Ferienwohnung. Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit grünem Garten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist gleich zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Supermarkt , Bäcker , Restaurants , am Meer und bei der Vaporetto Station. Die Vaporettos fahren Rund um die Uhr, so dass man jederzeit wieder auf die Lido zurück kommt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Bruno und seinem Neffen hat sehr gut geklappt . Wir können die Wohnung und Lage bestens weiterempfehlen.

Herr Bearzi stellte im vorraus sehr ausführliche und genaue Informationen zur Verfügung: zu Anreise mit Auto - Nutzung der Fähre, Fahrzeiten, Wegführung zum Quartier, Parkmöglichkeiten bis hin zur Schlüsselbox- zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Tipps zu Restaurants und Eisdielenund auch was zu beachten ist bei der Nutzung der Wohnung - z.B. Mülltrennung - Zusätzlich traf uns noch sein Neffe vor Ort am Ankunftstag, um eventuelle Fragen usw. zu klären. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Quartier. Die Lage ist optimal; die Parallelstraße ist die Hauptgeschäftsstraße; zum Strand wie zur Station der Vaporetti gleiche Entfernung.

I was born on the Lido and I have lived there up to 20 years. I lived in via Orseolo a few minutes away from Via Dandolo and went to school in Via Sandro Gallo, nearby.

Why they chose this property

I've always had availability to the house of my mother for my holiday in Venice. When my mother died and we sold the house to my sister, we decided to buy this apartment. We live (me and my wife), partly in Milan, in part to the Lido. We have furnished the house for the use of ourselves.

What makes this property unique

This is the most beautiful area of the Lido, behind the Hotel Des Baines. You can stroll through the streets of the Belle Epoque. Blue Flag. You can do the same day culture and beach. Lido is a peaceful place and the house is beautiful and comfortable.
