Beautiful villa, recently renovated, in a quiet area 200m from the beach of Castelldefels.

Outside there is a large private pool, trampoline, ping pong table, garden, terrace and barbecue area. There is also an outside bathroom with shower.

Inside it has 5 bedrooms, two doubles and 3 for children (with removable beds in 2 of them). There is also an office with a single sofa bed. The master bedroom has a private 'ensuite' bathroom, and there are 2 more bathrooms, one with a bathtub / shower and one with a shower. There is a large American-style kitchen, and living room with TV. On the ground floor there is a large open area with more sofas and TV, in addition to gym equipment and games.
