HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we run several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional". so we can advise you on the most suitable villa for your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".
We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO CONTRACTING, RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay by Vrbo by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer. No commissions.

3.- The Vrbo Assistance Service can be contracted with both forms of payment.

4.- Each week ends with a final cleaning, change of sheets/pool and bathroom towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings etc.
This cleaning has a cost of €350/week. Intermediate cleaning has a cost of €300 (2 people/2 hours).

5.- Tourist Tax: €1/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.

6.- In low season: from October to April. Provision of €800/month of water, electricity and gas expenses based on actual consumption

During weekly stays: Provision of €300/week for water, electricity and gas expenses based on actual consumption

7.- Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00. + €45

8.- Late check-in: From 24:00: + €70.

LOCATION SUPPLEMENT:
Villa Sitges Soledad requires a car. It is located in the urbanization "Las Colinas" in Olivella. It is 10 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes by car from the Villa. There is a Nautical Club with bar, restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance, but it is open in summer only.

A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa Soledad through the vineyards and fields.

We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months!!!. Ask for them.
