You will live in our holiday home alone and with many luxury.

Quiet, cozy and romantic holiday home (from 1970) in a small village in the Nord-Eifel / Rursee. 4 spacious bedrooms with wonderful king-size box springs, well-equipped kitchen and warm living-dining room with a panoramic sitting area over the valley with a lovely fireplace.

The house has a large outdoor terrace, a wonderful spacious garden. The area is for cyclists, hikers, climbers, (novice) skiers and people who want to completely unwind with a glass of wine and read a book. To enjoy nature and the birds!

Modern and comfortable holiday home in a small village of Dedenborn, Simmerath-Rurberg in Germany for 8 people. The holiday home is in a wooded and residential area. close to o. a. well-known villages such as Monschau or Koln.

Anyone who says German Nordeifel immediately thinks of Monschau. A beautiful, picturesque village with beautiful half-timbered houses. But the Nordeifel offers much more than just Monschau! You will also find Brühl, where the Phantasialand theme park is located. You have the Rursee, where you can practice all kinds of water sports. You can go to Hillesheim, the city of the crime novel (the krimi). You can start at the Eifelsteig. And you can walk around in Vogelsang, a former Nazi camp. Enough to do in this beautiful region! Many beautiful varied walking routes. Rippling landscape, varied forest and meadow with many (predatory) birds and wildlife.

Perfect huis als startpunt om te wandelen

Zéér prettige ontvangst. Volledig ingericht huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor ons tweeën één overdaad aan ruimte. Heerlijke bad en goede bedden. Mooie balkon met uitzicht over het dal. Oplaadpunt voor de elektrische auto, kan niet makkelijker. Nog geen 50 meter lopen en je zit in de bossen waar je vele wandelingen kunt maken. Andere plaatsen goed bereikbaar.

Ein schönes Winterwochenende in der Eifel

Auch während diesem Aufenthalt in Dedenborn haben wir die Zeit im Ferienhaus der Familie van der Lingen wieder sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für größere Familien und Freundesgruppen. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden vor dem Kamin ein und die Umgebung bietet viele verschiedene Wandermögichkeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Viel Platz für viel Erholung

Ein großzügiges Ferienhaus, perfekt geeignet um mit mehreren Pärchen/Freunden eine entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und bei schönem Wetter auch von der großen Terrasse zu genießen. Für die dunklen Abende ist der Kamin im geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnzimmer die perfekte Unterhaltung. Wenn einem das nicht zusagt kann man auch den riesigen Fernseher nutzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich prima selber versorgen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen gleich gegenüber. Wenn es Fragen o.ä. gibt sind sie gleich zur Stelle. Vielen Dank nochmal!
