The house is located in the center of Casale Marittimo (214m s. L.m) a characteristic medieval village of the Pisan Maremma.
The sea, pine forests and beaches are only about ten kilometers away and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago are clearly visible: Elba, Capraia and Gorgona.
At Casa Cerboneschi time seems to stand still with original furnishings, frescoes and floors. Everything is made even more fascinating by the large garden with terrace overlooking the hills of the Maremma Pisana and the sea
