The villa offers tranquility and privacy and is an ideal place to quickly reach important tourist destinations. It is divided into two levels. On the first floor four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and access to the large portico set up for outdoor dining or moments of pure relaxation. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with two single beds, (which can be put together on request) and 3 bathrooms. Large garden and pool to play and relax.



Distances: Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Marina di Donoratico 16 km, where you will find beautiful beaches and an amusement park for children and adults. Bolgheri 18 km, old village with famous restaurants where you can taste the food and wine of this land famous all over the world for super Tuscan wines. Volterra (53 km). The thermal waters of Sassetta are 9 km away.
