Beautiful two bedroom apartment located on the Dutch border near Maastricht. This apartment is on the ground floor and recently completely renovated. It is furnished by the design team of Studio DIP, a young creative design studio. www. dipstudio. NL.

The apartment is in a large house with parking space in front. Facilities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, night shop, newspaper shop and bus stop are a short (walking) distance. Maastricht and surroundings, the Heuvelland is known for its beautiful cycling and walking routes. You have the option of storing your bicycle locked in a private storage room.

The property has 2 entrance doors. Incoming in the central hall is the entrance door to the apartment.

In the hallway are the access doors to the spacious bedrooms. These are equipped with a double box spring, storage for clothes, a decorative fireplace and a small workplace. Adjacent to these rooms is the living and dining room, furnished with a sofa bed that also serves as a 5th and 6th sleeping place. The kitchen and dining room have everything for a pleasant meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and equipment you need. Thinking of fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. You will receive the first cup of coffee or tea bag from the house. You will also receive all basic necessities from us such as towel, dishcloth, mop, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher block and detergent. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom. This has a large walk-in shower, large sink, storage room and bath. It is also possible to run a wash. Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron are provided. In the summer it is possible to enter the garden from the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the sun with a nice drink on the lounge sofa or light a delicious BBQ.

The apartment is completely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. This apartment has friendly neighbors with mutual understanding. We like to keep it that way. Please treat the house and the interior with respect as if it were your own.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We had booked this property for four nights but made the decision to leave after just one night.Upon arrival, we were immediately overwhelmed by an extremely strong air freshener fragrance throughout the property. The smell was so intense that it was uncomfortable to spend time indoors. After switching off the air fresheners, a strong musty, damp odour became apparent, which gave the impression that the fragrance may have been masking an underlying issue.We were also disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The bath plug hole contained a significant amount of hair, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. This raised concerns about the overall housekeeping of the property.Noise was another major issue during our stay. The occupants in the unit above were consistently loud throughout the daytime, making it difficult to relax. When they returned home at approximately 1:30 a.m. the level of noise significantly disturbed our sleep. The lack of sound insulation had a considerable impact on our comfort.Due to the combination of the persistent odour, cleanliness concerns, and ongoing noise issues, we decided we could not continue our stay. We contacted the host to advise that we were leaving early and explained the reasons why; however, we received no acknowledgement or response, which was disappointing and not the level of communication we would have expected.

Super place to stay, we loved all in this fantastic apartment. The hosts are very friendly an everything is very well taken care of. Big rooms and very comfortable. Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung, nur etwa 6 km hinter der belgischen Grenze bei Maastricht verbracht! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, und vor allem die Küche außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße , ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis auf den Bereich des Abfluss in der Badewanne (schwarze Haare, als wenn dort vielleicht ein Hund geduscht wurde) sehr ordentlich.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist etwas schleppend, allerdings hat er auf unsere letze Nachricht in der wir mitgeteilt haben, dass wir einen Tag früher abreisen, dann doch sehr schnell reagiert.Trotz des zuvor genannten Mangel empfehlen wir die Wohnung natürlich aufgrund der vielen positiven Gegebenheiten gerne weiter.

Diese Wohnung ist so hübsch eingerichtet und so gemütlich. Es ist ruhig in der Umgebung und man kann in 15Minuten nach Maastricht wandern oder das schöne Riemst genießen. Die Bushaltestellen sind sind 6 bzw. 9 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Im 147 das gleich runter die Straße ist, kann man köstlich frühstücken. Die Fahrradwege sind ein Traum. An der Maas entlang zb. durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Eigtl bekommt man alles was geht: Stadt, Dorf, leckeres Essen, einfache und vielfältige Wege um mobil zu sein und Ruhe nach einem vollen Tag. Würde phne groß darüber nachzudenken dieses BNB wieder buchen.

L’appartement se situe aux portes de Maastricht avec une place de parking dédiée gratuite (vraiment un plus pour nous). Le bus pas très loin mais qui passe que toutes les heures. Il est très bien équipé, spacieux, calme et propre. Parfait pour nous!Nous avons été comblé par ce séjour.

Heel mooi appartement

Modern en ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij waren er erg blij mee! Ligging vlakbij Maastricht is perfect, hoewel de straat zelf nogal druk en sfeerloos is.
