In the beautiful province of Limburg in Belgium, you will find this beautiful holiday home. The property has been fully restored and is very tastefully decorated. The house has 3 lovely bedrooms with fine beds. There is a cosy living room and dining room where you can enjoy a beer on the couch, or play games together at the long table. You can play table football in the recreation room. At the front, there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sunset
The holiday house is located in the lovely town of Riemst not far from the beautiful city of Maastricht. Riemst has a rich history and there are several historical sights to visit, including castles, churches and old mills. In the region, you can enjoy delicious regional dishes and local products, including Limburgse vlaaien and fruit wines
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

Very nice house in great area

Our stay at Anita´s beautifully restored house was excellent. She gave us a warm welcome and a tour around the house explaining all details, and the house was super clean and nice with everything we could ask for. The gaming room with table football, darts and a traditional old kind of bowling game was excellent for the kids. Lot´s of nice things to see in the area as well. We went to Maastrict for a visit and also to some caves outside Liege - both great experiences. Tried take away from the local restaurant Frituur Eddy which was good food as well. We can give this house our warmest recommendations.

Haus ist schön mit Charakter renoviert, im Obergeschoss quietscht und knarrt, weil alles aus Holz ist, aber wir hatten nichts dagegen. Oben im hinteren Teil gibt es ein Kino, super luxuriös mit vielen DVDs. Reichlich Auswahl. Und mit 6 Kinos. Es gab viele Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Gastgeberin Anita wies uns auch auf lustige Aktivitäten hin

4 Schulfreunde, die zum ersten Mal nach 36 Jahren zusammen ein Wochenende verbringen: besser als in der Villa Cuberdon kann es nicht sein! Sehr nette Gastgeberin Anita, die an alles gedacht hat. Traumhaft schöne und gemütliche Schlafzimmer, die durch das schöne Holz viel 'Wärme' ausstrahlen. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Gute Matratzen, ein blitzsauberes Badezimmer, 3 Toiletten, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Küche mit allem, was man braucht, um selbst zu kochen. Ein Morgenkaffee auf dem Sofa im Freien, oder Sie öffnen die Flügeltüren und Sie sind drinnen, aber eigentlich 'draußen'. Der Entspannungsbereich mit Spieltisch, der sehr schön eingerichtete, originelle Filmraum ganz oben, man fühlt sich wie im Kino! Das Wochenende war eigentlich viel zu kurz. Es war ein sehr heißes Wochenende, im wörtlichen und im übertragenen Sinne. Und die Hitze draußen erlaubte es uns, dieses schöne Haus in vollen Zügen zu genießen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, wir waren angenehm überrascht von all den schönen und originellen Einrichtungsgegenständen, die vorhanden waren, Nostalgie für vergangene Tage.

Maison Cuberdon ist ein tolles Ferienhaus, Gastgeberin Anita ist absolut top. Das Haus hat an alles gedacht, einschließlich der Gemütlichkeit, sicherlich nicht ein Standard lout-proof Ferienhaus. Wenn man eintritt, fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben unsere Tage mit Radfahren verbracht und abends gemütlich im Haus übernachtet. Die Betten sind auch gut, sehr praktisch, dass jedes Zimmer ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel hat.

Die Vermieter haben ein altes über 100 Jahre altes Haus in liebevoller Arbeit selbst renoviert und umgebaut! Altes Gemäuer, viel Holz und stilvolle Einrichtung schaffen einen einzigartigen Flair und Charm des Hauses. Auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
