This cosy villa is the perfect spot where to spend your well-earned holidays with your friends and family.

The house is provided with two bedrooms, one with a welcoming double bed, and the other with two 1.05m-wide beds. This house is also provided with a bathroom with shower and a cosy dining-living room with fireplace that shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. It is provided with warm/cool air-conditioning and pellet stove.

The rustic decoration of both the house and the hut reminds of the typical cabins in the mountains, which conveys a sense of peace and quietness, and will transmit to you this atmosphere of peace that nature knows how to do so masterfully.

The outdoor area is provided with a fantastic private pool located in the middle of the patio. Next to it, you will have the possibility to cook delicious meals in the covered kitchen, completed with a barbecue. Enjoy them while sitting at the outdoor dining area, or sunbathing on the sun loungers provided.

The access to the house is made possible by a 100 mt-long unpaved lane.

Wonderful Holiday in Rural Surroundings

My family has just had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful welcome from Nany!! The location is rural and would need transportation to get there. The villa is set up with everything you may need. Lots of seating areas outside to enjoy the sun. Enjoyable holiday for all. Thank you ❤️

Nice rural location with outstanding host

This is a rural location about 25 minutes from Granada. There is a town about 5 minutes away with a couple large grocery stores. The house has a cozy cabin feel to it. If you want a rural location in the Granada area, this is where you should stay. Pros: Best host you will ever meet. She is very kind and friendly. 12/10 for hospitality. Can't say enough good things about her. The bed and pillows were the best we had while in Spain. Better than two other VRBOs and three hotels. Quiet. Plenty of spaces to sit outside. Somewhere is always shaded, and there are sunny spots as well. Pool. Clean. Laundry lines get plenty of sun when clothes need drying. Kitchen has plenty of good quality pots, pans, plates, etc. Cons: Gravel road on the final approach to the house. Not bad as gravel roads go, but I wish it were paved. Wifi can be weak (as expected in such a rural location). One device usually has no problems. Multiple devices struggle. Your cell signal/data may be weak, but should have some connection. For those unfamiliar with Granada, the parking garages in the city compare favorably with other Andalusian cities. Recommend the official Alhambra lot, the one next to the St. Jerome monestery (severo something), and the one called congressio or something similar next to a roundabout and a Roman bridge. The drive to and from the city from this house is easy, and there are multiple routes available. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren ein Paar mit zwei Teenager-Töchtern. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Winteraufenthalt. Die Wärme des Kamins und des Holzofens war einfach perfekt. Es war der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Sierra Nevada zu erkunden, da unsere Töchter dort Ski fuhren. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit als Familie verbracht und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Eine tolle Villa, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ein fabelhafter Pool. Die Villa liegt ländlich und ist über einen Feldweg zu erreichen, der aber mit einem kleinen Auto (wir hatten einen Citroen C3) leicht zu erreichen ist. Obwohl ländlich gelegen, sind es nur etwa 20 Minuten nach Granada, und es gibt auch viele andere Städte, die noch näher liegen. Fuente Vaqueros ist einen Besuch wert. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel und der Umgang mit ihm ist großartig. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung und ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Unser Aufenthalt vom 1. bis 12. Oktober war wirklich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Dieser wunderschöne Rückzugsort bot alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten und noch mehr. Das Haus selbst war geräumig und hatte große Zimmer, die für einen komfortablen und erholsamen Aufenthalt sorgten. Die Inneneinrichtung schuf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, die uns sofort wohlfühlte. Aber was dieses Ferienhaus wirklich zu etwas Besonderem machte, war die Fülle an Außenbereichen. Wir hatten die Qual der Wahl, unseren Aperitif mit Tapas zu genießen. Die Ruhe, die dieses Ferienhaus umgab, war außergewöhnlich. Fernab vom Trubel der Stadt konnten wir uns erholen. An heißen Tagen bot das Schwimmbad Erfrischung und Entspannung. Die völlige Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses, umgeben von einer hohen Mauer, gab uns das Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Was unseren Aufenthalt noch spezieller machte, war die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers. Bei der Ankunft nahm sie sich viel Zeit, um uns einen ausführlichen Rundgang durch das Haus zu geben und uns mit allen Einrichtungen und Möglichkeiten vertraut zu machen. Sie war auch immer bereit, unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns Tipps zur Umgebung zu geben. Ihre Großzügigkeit kannte keine Grenzen und sie überraschte uns immer wieder mit Köstlichkeiten und kleinen Geschenken, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Grüße, Laetitia und Jonas

Quel beau séjour dans La CASA e CABANA au milieu des oliviers !

Charmante propriété, très bien située (5mn aéroport, 20 mn Granada et 1h la mer. . . Notre demande de TROIS chambres n'a pas été transmise correctement , 2 chambres étaient prêtes dans la CASA à notre arrivée. . Mais la propriétaire a mis à notre disposition un lit dans dans la CABANA ( dortoir pour 9 personnes avec salle de bain). Nous la remercions chaleureusement pour son accueil et sa disponible tout au long du séjour. J'ai apprécié tout particulièrement que tout le linge ( literie, serviettes de toilette, nappes, torchons ) ainsi que le ménage en fin de séjour soient compris dans le montant de la location. N'oublions pas la piscine, bien entretenue, où nous avons fait des bains rapides. . . vue la température automnale ! MERCI

Dit vakantiehuisje is geweldig. Gelegen tussen olijvenboomgaarden in de nabijheid van Granada. Grote huiskamer, 2 slaapkamers met goede bedden, ruime keuken met alles erin, prachtig zwembad, meerdere terrassen, veel privacy en zeer geschikt voor een naturistisch verblijf. Het huisje ligt aan een grindweg in het landelijke gebied ten westen van Granada. Die stad is in 15 autominuten te bereiken. Winkels en supermarkten en restaurants in de nabijheid. Prima locatie voor uitstapjes naar het Alhambra en Generalife, Los Cahorros, Granada, Siërra Nevada en we zijn zelfs naar het western Mini Hollywood park in Tabernas geweest. De eigenaresse Nany verraste ons met lekkere hapjes en drankjes en ze is heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Dit huisje is een echte aanrader..

Que mi hija pronunciase un sentido "¡qué chulo!" al entrar en el espacio exterior de la casa fue señal de que estábamos en el sitio perfecto, como así ha sido. Perfección en la recepción y atención de la excepcional dueña, perfección en la estancia, en la tranquilidad, en los colores,en los cielos nocturnos y diurnos, en los relajantes baños en la piscina y en los acogedores y distintos ambientes que rodean la vivienda. Perfección en la cercanía con la mágica Granada y con los lugares en los que vivió y se inspiró el genial Lorca. Y qué decir de la decoración de la casa. La exquisita sensibilidad de Nani ha logrado crear un lugar de ensueño en el que se respira paz y armonía. La nobleza de la madera, la belleza de los libros y la prestancia de la bodega se funden en un verdadero hogar que enamora para siempre. La originalidad y creatividad relucen en las puertas de las habitaciones y el baño, en los troncos que sustentan la chimenea o en la estantería y el espejo del dormitorio principal. El espectáculo de las puestas de sol se puede disfrutar desde la cocina o desde la zona del tendedero. Es un goce para los sentidos ver ocultarse al sol desde la serenidad que concede la privacidad. Cuando uno se despide de este paraíso, no queda más remedio que, como hiciera Boabdil al perder Granada, llorar. Ha sido una suerte y un privilegio haber podido pasar unos días aquí, entre olivos, higueras, cipreses y chopos...Y acariciados, desde la distancia cercana, por el cariño de Nani. Que mi hija diga que no se quiere ir es la confirmación del acierto.

Limpia, ordenada, bien decorada con una piscina genial y una zona de barbacoa que no le falta de nada. Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios en el que hemos veraneado. Sin duda volveremos.
