This recently fully renovated 3-bedroom house is perfectly located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just a 5–10 minute walk to Granada’s city center, including Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, and downtown shops and restaurants. From the house, you’ll enjoy incredible panoramic views over the city, made even more special by the home’s west-facing orientation, offering beautiful sunsets every evening.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is thoughtfully laid out across three levels:
-Two bedrooms with queen-size beds
-One children’s bedroom with two twin beds in a trundle bed
-Ideal for families with older children or groups of adults

The property has been completely renovated, blending modern comfort with character and light-filled spaces. Large windows frame the city views and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

Please note that the house is set over three levels with stairs, so small children should be supervised at all times. Guests with reduced mobility may also find the stairs challenging.

From the house, it’s just a 5–10 minute walk to the city center and iconic spots such as Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral, making it an ideal location to explore Granada entirely on foot.

While there is a short uphill walk to reach the house, it is absolutely worth it: the reward is some of the best views over the city and breathtaking sunsets every evening, which are truly special and one of the things we enjoy most about this location.
