The studio is located on the 4th floor, with lift and has a good sized balcony from which you can look out over the well-maintained pool area and the huge swimming pool.

The living-bedroom is modernly furnished and offers a large window front with shutters. There is a very comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, a sofa and some comfy chairs. The studio has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Kitchen:
The small kitchen is an open kitchen but separated by a bar to the main room. The equipment includes a cooker, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and small fridge.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin, WC, storage facilities and washing machine.

Balcony:
Accessible from the living room though the large windows, the balcony overlooks the big pool area but also has a view to the sea. There is outdoor seating furniture.

The apartment provides WiFi.
