Beautiful and cozy apartment loft a few meters from the beach, Carihuela area, with communal pool open throughout the year, solarium.

Fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances: fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob.
Air conditioning / heating.

It has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture, double bed, bed linen, towels ... sofa with leather chaise, wireless internet connection and located in a very quiet and quiet private urbanization.
Commuter train and bus stop a few meters away. Mercadona supermarket 50 meters away, very close to bars, atmosphere and restaurants, in the heart of Carihuela and a few meters from Puerto Marina. Ideal to spend a few days off and disconnect as a couple.

This Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and located a short walk from Torremolinos Centre or Benalmádena Marina, with Bus Stops in front and Train Platforms a short distance behind Self Check-in couldn't have been easier, with excellent communication, and Javier kindly arranged our very early morning Taxi for the Airport Supermarkets on the same street, and overall we have rarely had such stress-free accommodation Highly Recommended

Nice location near the beach, restaurants, bars, busses, trains and supermarket. Cozy apartment with all you need. Very helpfull host. If there were questions, he would reply quick. We would like to return.

Loved this place

My husband and I stayed for 12 nights at javier's apartment. Beautiful apartment and location. We had everything we needed right there, even an aldi a 2 minute walk away. We loved the beach and the apartment has beach chairs and brolly for you to use. Javier was great, making sure we had everything we needed even arranged an airport taxi when we were leaving. Stylish, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need. Sleeping area has a partition seperating it from sitting room. Comfortable outdoor furniture on terrace. Terrace has fixed canopy which is required on hot days. Pool and lift in situ. Downside:- very noisy building work 20 metres away, Monday -Friday. It was extremely loud the week we were there as workmen were using industrial power tools to break up concrete and take down existing walls. This was disappointing as we were not forewarned and only booked a couple of weeks previously. We chose this apartment as it had comfortable outdoor furniture as we enjoy alfresco dining and reading. Unfortunately this was impossible between 9am and 15.30pm. We realise this is beyond Javier's control. We did compain to Javier, however, he seemed to be annoyed that we raised this issue and was quite unsympathetic. He then changed his mind and said he had been a bit too direct as nobody had compained about his appointment before. We have no compaints about apartment, only the noise level for 5 days out of the week. He offered a free night if we ever visited again. This in my mind is very poor customer relations as maybe a free night while we were there would have been a greater option.

Angelina, you know perfectly well that's not true. The construction was taking place in another building outside the complex, across from the apartment complex, and the noise was minimal, only for a few hours in the morning. No guests from the other apartments reported any complaints to their owners. Knowing this was something beyond my control (you had booked a month in advance, not two weeks in advance. VBRO can checks it), you went too far by writing to me quickly, demanding compensation. You've given yourself away, and I wasn't mistaken about the kind of abusive guest you are: you were trying to get a vacation at half price, looking for any excuse.

Keurig appartement, heerlijk rustig, goed contact met de eigenaar, goede service en ontvangst. Alleen voor ons iets te hoog en stijl voor de terug weg van het strand en boulevard naar het appartement.
