Accommodation

The studio has all the comforts:
The kitchen is fully equipped with freezer, fridge hob, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, and an American mixer, iron and ironing board ... as well as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery .
Has a comfortable sofa bed with viscoelastic mattress and visco elastic pillows too. Sheets and towels included.
Air conditioning and free WiFi 50mb Fibra
SMART TV LED 46 TV. INTERNATIONAL TV CHANNELS.
The terrace has garden furniture (sofa and two armchairs and a coffee table, and folded for lunch with two folding chairs).
The study is south facing and therefore it is very sunny, offers a magnificent view of the swimming pool and see the bottom of the sea.

It is located in an enclosure which has video surveillance two superb swimming pools, swimming pools, gardens, barbecue and tennis court. In addition, there is a bar in the development.

It is located in a quiet area. The neighbors are mostly people who come on vacation in summer, and almost half are foreigners (British, French, Dutch and German ...)

Taxi and bus stop right outside the door. Commuter train 5 minutes on foot (Parada "Le Pinillo").

Couples only, middle-aged and responsible. Preferably foreign tourists. MAXIMUM two people.

Fantastic studio and excellent location

Had a fantastic break at Frans studio,it was immaculate on arrival and has been decorated to a high standard. Great views down to the sea from the balcony. There is absolutely everything you need in the studio to make your stay superb . Will definitely be returning in the future . Thanks Fran for letting us stay in your amazing studio . Colin and Helen

Modern studio

The studio is very modern ,clean and fully equipped with all you would need for a self catering holiday. The pool area is kept clean and was very quiet while we stayed there. The owner kept in contact with us via email offering suggestions of things to do in the area.

Lovely studio apartment

we had a lovely stay at this apartment, train station close by and super market over the road. Best shower we have ever had in a apartments we have stayed in before, air con in the apartment too. can not fault this at all, Francisco is a lovely met us with the keys on arrival any questions we had he replied very quickly. we would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great holiday. Becky and Andy.

I was met with the keys at the appropriate time and showed around. It is really a lovely modern studio everything that you could possibly need. There is a bus stop outside and the railway station is just around the corner. I had a really good week staying there definitely like to return. Thanks Phil.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. En cuanto a espacio el apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, está totalmente equipado, y aprovechado al milímetro cada huequecito. Estaba perfectamente limpio, cuidado, moderno. Francisco tiene muy buen gusto para la decoración. Agradecerle que se haya preocupado tanto porque nuestra estancia en su apartamento haya sido tan acogedora. Esperamos volver!!!

Simplemente genial!!

Hemos disfrutado de seis días en Torremolinos y un gran motivo para que el disfrute haya sido óptimo, ha sido el estudio de Francisco. Super, hiper limpio, con muchísimos detalles y un espacio totalmente reformado y nuevo. Ha sido como llevarnos nuestra propia casa de vacaciones. Y Francisco ha sido un propietario muy atento y pendiente. Volveremos y recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos. La playa está a diez minutos andando y hay todo tipo de tiendas al lado para comprar. Un lujo a un precio muy asequible.Gracias por todo!!!!
