A big apartment (120 square meters) with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. It's situated on a hill that provides a panoramic view of the sea and the sunset. It also has a great surrounding yard suited for children. The location is ideal as it's between the capital of the island and its tourist region. Also the house is located just 1.5km from Lassi district where you can find the best sandy beaches of the island, super markets, restaurants etc.
The apartment is located in the countryside near the capital of the island Argostoli, just 2km. The location is quiet and surrounded by natural beauty and provides a stunning view of the sea. There are occupied houses around just enough that you don't feel alone but not enough to feel crowded.
There is plenty of parking space within the property. The airport is near, only 7 km. There are no public transportations near the apartment.
