Apartment Maniace is located in the historic center of Ortigia distance from the Cathedral 300 m approximately in the middle between the Aretusa fountain and the Maniace Castle
Very close to mini markets, bars, restaurants, etc. composed with a terrace overlooking the sea, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen entrance.
The municipal car parks are located about 20 minutes on foot from the apartment, Sant'Antonio pier and the Talete car park, 5 minutes on foot. There is the car park. similar to the municipal one.

Loved everything about this place!

My group consisted of myself and my two adult daughters. We loved staying in this house. The location is perfect, very central to everything in Ortigia. The beds were comfortable and the AC was top notch. The only thing that this rental is lacking is a general area to be together, unless you want to sit at the kitchen table. But it’s still 5 stars for us!

Perfect place in Ortigia

The host was very helpful in meeting us and getting us an indoor parking place. Parking can be a real nightmare in Ortigia! The host communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure all was well and to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as described. Bedrooms are large and bright and the outdoor patio is fantastic as you can people watch but be very private at the same time. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and close to many restaurants and activities. Two single, older women felt safe, secure and right at home here! Very highly recommended!
