Rustic independent Umbrian style villa for 11-13 people with modern comfort. 5 bedrooms (1 with large roof terrace), 2 bathrooms (1 with tub, 1 with shower), fully equipped kitchen, large living / dining room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed for 2 people. This room also features a winter garden / veranda overlooking the private garden. The large private garden (ca. 700m²) is equipped with garden furniture and is close to the swimming pool (15x5m).
