The attic apartment is newly built and is located on the first floor (height 1. 60 / 3.30m). Independent entrance, located in the center of the city, a few meters from the historic center and the sea. Plan of 60 square meters + 15 square meters of veranda, double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, a large living room / TV area with three sofas (two of which are double sofa beds), kitchen with veranda for eating and enjoying the view. Accommodation suitable for couples, business travelers and families (even with children).
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort with an all-inclusive formula (except cleaning and tourist tax which must be paid at check-in). FREE WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning, blackout curtains and shutters • 3 TVs, one of which with digital terrestrial for foreign channels. Hob, with two induction burners and two gas burners, 2 static and ventilation ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses and small appliances - Bed linen and towels. On request, cot with linen, transportable seat, beach accessories.
Guests will have an entire floor available to them. The apartment is recommended for couples, families or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 4 people. Possibility of additional beds for additional guests. They are available to guests for any need, they are easily accessible (I live on the ground floor of the same building).
It is expected the payment of the tourist tax of € 1.00, for each guest, for each day of stay. Guests under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax.
The tourist tax must be paid to the owner upon check-in. The tax is not included in the booking costs.
