Impresionantes vistas

El apartamento tiene unas vistas inmejorables sobre el puerto de castelsardo y el castillo. Se llega en menos de 5 minutos a la playa al castillo y al pueblo , piscina infinita en la azotea. Faltaría una nevera más grande,un microondas y una lavadora.

Vue magnifique mais …

Rien à dire sur l’emplacement et la vue sur la mer et la propreté du logement plus l’accueil et la communication avec le gérant. En revanche, pas de volets occultant pour la nuit. Literie salon juste en terme de qualité (matelas pas épais) et attention aux nuisances sonores du bar en bas de l’immeuble. Heureusement, la musique s’arrête vers 12h30-1h du matin.

Leider nicht nicht zum empfehlen !

Schöne aussicht aber das wars. Die beschreibung auf der Seite ist zwar net aber keinesfalls übereinstimmend. Das Couchbett ist auf keinen fall zum schlafen gedacht da die Matratze ca 5cm hat un man darunter das Eisengestell 1 zu 1 spürt. Wenn man sich was zu essen Kocht kann man nur eine Herdplatte verwenden da ansonsten die Sicherung fehlt. Die sich nach langem suchen im Keller befindet. Vom Vermieter keine Spur geschweige Kontakt möglich nur Sporadisch über Whats App. Der Pool am Dach ist Knietief also nicht zum Schwimmen und es wird eine Badehaube verlangt. Die Müll entsorgung im Keller ist ständig voll gewesen woch sich auch Mäuse tummelten wir sind eine Woche früher abgereist. Nicht zum empfehlen.

Beautiful sea condo in Castelsardo

Not cheap but worth every penny for view and location. Contempory building with highest elevation intoen right next to incredible castle. Property management for property was terrific. Patient and supportive.

Qualità

Pulizia, Panorama, ospitalità, garage coperto, biancheria. Per chi decidesse di passare le serata in casa, aggiungere qualche stoviglia per cucinare, abbonamento Sky o pay tv per rendere completo un soggiorno già ottimo e solo per alzare sempre di più il livello qualitativo
