This unit is a 1 bedroom top-floor apartment, on the second floor of a fully renovated building, comprising open-plan kitchen, living room with sofa bed (for 1 extra guest), 1 large bedroom with double-sized bed, and bathroom with standing shower. The apartment sleeps a total of 3.
The apartment is very nice and well kept, and there are many amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and services nearby. The main avenure in the downtown area is very close and the Batata beach is right at the end of it.
Perfect area to explore the city and with lots to do.
The apartment has WIFI, black-out curtain-blinds, a small balcony at the front for the bedroom and a balcony at the back for the living room.
