Welcome to 1610 at Ariel Dunes 1. In our condo you'll find a comfortable setting consisting of a sofa, 2 recliners and a swivel chair, all sitting on Travertine flooring. This stone continues into the dining area where you'll find a table that seats 6 and a kitchen bar that seats 4. We have a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. One of the queens has a trundle bed underneath it. We also have, of course, a queen sleeper. Each of the bedrooms has direct access to a bathroom, with three full baths offering all guests private bathrooms.
The views are fabulous. The wrap around front balcony not only has a great down-the-beach sunset view, but also the ability to see dolphins passing along the shore in the morning and evening. Spacious outdoor seating and dining to enjoy the breathtaking view. The rear balcony off the second bedroom has a tremendous view over the golf course to the bay. This Three Bedroom unit offers over 2400 square feet of space to sprawl out during your vacation.

On my booking it shows that the property had entertainment for my young kids. That was no so and then the pool close at 9. And then had to all all the trash across corridor. Not sure what i paid for.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, wonderful views, and well maintained. We were thoroughly impressed with the place. You can imagine our surprise on Day 1 when we saw a bug go across the counter, then we saw some in the sink. I was ecstatic when the condo manager reached out to see how things were going. I shared 'bugs' and they said they'd take care of it. I mistakenly assumed they would come spray That didn't happen. After seeing bugs again on Day 2, we purchased Raid and sprayed ourselves in the kitchen. We continued seeing little bugs daily until we saw a roach. Pure fisgust. I emailed management daily on this and was offered restaurant $50 in vouchers, which were dropped off on Day 5. $50 in vouchers doesn't offset thousands paid for 'bugs'.Amenities like gym, pool, adequate parking, on-site restaurant, proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you want to do within 35 minutes. Great location. Btw, my family staying on the property had no bugs. So unsure what happened to our unit, especially since we were high up.I would possibly stay here again if guaranteed no bugs.Again, the place is gorgeous, but fir what was paid, we should not have bugs. My 2 sisters and I weren't keen or cooking or eating there because of bugs, so we did very little of that in the condo. But we were there for our cousins wedding.

Not nearly enough bath towels, no extra trash bags, no extra paper towels, no extra toilet paper, we were constantly running out of something which has never been an issue anywhere else we've stayed. Not having anyone in the main lobby rubbed me the wrong way as well. Just made us feel left to fend for ourselves.

It was always nice, but they have added new furniture in the master and pieces in the living room. When you walk in the view is breathtaking. The resort is really nice and has many amenities. The pools are clean and spacious. There is a restaurant and gym downstairs as well. What I love is that the beautiful beach is just steps away.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was not bad. The pool was great. However our unit was dirty. Dust bunnies everywhere (my son is allergic to dust mites so this was pretty miserable), the insides of the cabinets were dirty, the trundle bed had toys on it indicating the linens probably had not been changed, the toilet paper holder was broken, the vacuum was broken so we couldn't even clean it ourselves. The kitchen was not well stocked with cookware (1 sheet pan, no wooden spoons for stirring, etc). And no one man's the front desk which is not convenient. When we emailed customer service regarding getting a vacuum due to the uncleanliness, they responded to email but never actually did anything about it. The elevators also kept breaking down which was not convenient 16 floors up. Overall, I was disappointed and we will not be back to this location

We're a family of 4 w/ a teenaged boy & a teenaged girl & each child had own room w/en suite bathroom. The front room had plenty of space for us all to gather in the evening and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The seascape campus is wonderful with many amenities. Loved the gym, the on-site restaurant, walking to EVERYTHING - you can also rent a golf cart on site which we did. Seascape is Super close to outlets, happy hour sunset on the beach, local coffee shop, pizza, grocery (we took the golf cart to the grocery store = kids loved it),etc.The only downside is I called prior to finalizing my booking to ensure we could use all of the pools & hot tubs on the campus. Be mindful that renters of the two ariel towers do NOT have access to Majestic indoor or outdoor pool & hot tubs. So if you travel in fall-spring months when the weather & pool temp may not be comfortable to swim outdoors, you will not have a pool to swim in nor a hot tub.Overall we loved the friendly employees, the campus, the amenities and the proximity. Beautiful beach!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good, but a couple of things showed us that they are more concerned with getting people in and out than making it a memorable stay. When we checked in, there were no towels in the condo (no washcloths, hand towels, shower towels, kitchen towels). We called the emergency number, and they explained the linen delivery truck didn't arrive that day, but then magically minutes after our call we received 2 full bags of all of the towels.Only one parking pass was left in the condo even though we registered 2 vehicles, and I spent an hour (during my beach day since they open at 9 and the parking pass expired at 9am),calling the regular hours hotline, going to the front desk, and then walking to the Seascape management office to request the pass.No bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, or toilet paper was in the unit until we requested it via the emergency number.All of the utensils, plates, and cups had to be washed before using. It appeared the previous guests maybe tried to hand wash items and just put them back, and definitely didn't do a good job of cleaning.The condo has an amazing view, is in a great location, and had plenty of seating and beds for the 9 of us. On the fence if I would book through Seascape again or not though. I felt like a burden to them instead of feeling like I was important to them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great size for 6 adults. 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. The kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfortable and it was clean. Elevator was slow on Sunday so we had to walk down 16 flights after a 20 minute wait. Apparently that was due to check outs. The bar/restaurant in Ariel 2 was a good place to grab a beer and quick bite to eat. I would recommend renting a car if you’re planning on traveling anywhere. Uber/Lyft we’re the most expensive I’ve ever seen. The free chairs and umbrella were easy to utilize but they did charge us full price for our third set (the website clearly said it was half price). 2 extra sets of chairs and umbrellas cost us $72 per day and they collect them at 5pm. The beach stays crowded until sunset and it would have been nice to have our chairs until then. The pools were nice and clean but instead of a lifeguard, there is a security guard that walks around and enforced rules. They’d be better served to hire a lifeguard to do the pool enforcement. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The unit (1610) we stayed in was excellent !!! My only complaint is that it wasn’t right on the beach. Otherwise, I don’t think it could have been any better.

I love how spacious this condo is; it's 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a large balcony plus a smaller balcony on one of the spare bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. The only complaint I have is there are not enough pots and pans. Otherwise, I would continue staying in this condo year after year!

Murphy Beach trip

Everything was fine except for cleanliness of condo. Hairs on sink in master bathroom. Hairs on bedsheet in master bedroom. Family area floor was dirty. Would have been nice to have more hand towels and fish clothes. There were also no pot holders. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place, would stay here again!

Rental process was smooth and easy. Everything was done the way it was advertised. Clean, convenient condo. Easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfy. Only complaint, there was no corkscrew to open the wine bottle. Not a big deal, we bought one!
