The Mainsail Resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and provides guests with two pools (1 heated) and the other located in a large pool complex, complete with waterfall, kiddie pool and hot tub. Both pool areas provide gas grills and picnic tables. It is the perfect family vacation destination, providing you with 24-hour gated security, nearby shopping at the Silver Sand Outlet Mall, golf courses, and every kind of beach activity, including para-sailing and chartered deep-sea fishing. Daily beach service of two chars and 1 umbrella is included in your rental at no extra cost.

Conference

This was the perfect place to stay for 5 ladies attending a week long conference. The host informed us of a couple of things before we arrived that were fixed while we were there. The microwave stopped working and the host replaced it quickly. She and her husband were excellent to work with. The beds were very comfortable and the place is cozy. The extra space we had vs two hotel rooms was wonderful. The beach is beautiful, although we only got to enjoy it in the evenings. I would recommend this condo to any family or group looking for a great and welcoming place to stay.

Great view

Condo was very nice for the price. Definitely could use some updating as far as appliances (it takes forever to dry a load of laundry, and the stove is very old school, took forever to boil some water) but overall everything was good. Had to communicate with owners about tv and they were very responsive and took care of the issue ASAP. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Little piece of heaven!

This condo is absolutely breathtaking with a view of the ocean and easy access to everything! Trash access and elevator is right outside the door! The pool is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept and clean . It's very quiet and private. The check in process was simple and there is a Winn-Dixie, shopping outlets, and several other restaurants within walking distance. We went late May so it wasn't too hot yet and it's a private beach so everything was very clean and family friendly. Fyi, for families with young kids, the condo does have hard tile floors, so with small toddlers we had to be careful because the floors were slick making it easy for infants to fall. Definitely need a pack and play or floor mattress for them because the beds are very high for little ones. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the property is very beautiful! We had eight adults with us and there was plenty of room since the living room has two pull out sofas. I can't wait to go back!

Family vacation 2023.

Perfect beach, perfect beautiful water, the unit was pretty nice. The smoke detectors started beeping within an hour first 12 hours there,. The refrigerator freezer never kept anything frozen. I believe the unit above us was under construction, so there was hammering going on nice and early about 7 o’clock in the morning nonetheless, we had a great time!!
