Ideally placed at the chairlift at the foot of the Pralong piste (and within a few metres of the Cospillot piste), this luxury ski-in/ski-out home opens right on to the world renowned Courchevel slopes and the entire 3 Vallées beyond. With stunning panoramic views across the alps towards the Vallée Des Avals, the apartment is nestled close to numerous 5 star hotels and restaurants and is within easy reach of Courchevel 1850 village, which combines traditional Savoyarde charm with modern luxury shopping.

The apartment itself is in a quiet location and provides an exceptional family or group space. Accessed at ground level through its own small garden and private entrance, the accommodation sits on 2 floors. At ground level a kitchen, fully fitted with all modern conveniences, opens onto the spacious dining room with large table, bench and chair seats. Adjoining, a very comfortable living room provides plenty of seating, a large TV and a Skybox (and of course Wi-fi is available throughout). A separate toilet is also provided on this floor. On the lower floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a bunk room which sleeps 4 children or adults in bespoke adult-sized bunk beds. The Master bedroom is ensuite, with a bath and over-shower, which leads to a hamman/shower room. There is also a second bathroom on this floor. The apartment is decorated throughout in the typical Savoyard style and enjoys plenty of natural light.

Outside the apartment is a small and unobtrusive car parking area. Courchevel village is close enough to be accessed on foot if so desired, but we recommend using the regular bus service which runs from within metres of the apartment. Ski passes can be purchased close to the Pralong chair lift. Ski and snowboarding equipment can be arranged from our in-house ski expert, Olivier Frangy, who is available to provide a personal delivery and fitting service at the apartment.
