Start the day with a dip from the bathing area which you reach in 10-15 minutes and then sit on the terrace and admire the magnificent sea view which is like a painting. The house has a high and secluded location where you have a fantastic view over the Stigfjord and southern Orust. The two floors of the villa and modern and tastefully decorated. Here are four comfortable bedrooms, plenty of living space both inside and outside and two comfortable bathrooms, perfect if you are many. The balcony is just over 120 m2 and here you can choose to follow the sun or walk in the shade on hot days, enjoy your vacations over a good meal and drink while admiring the sea shifts. Entrance floor holds fully tiled bathroom, living room with warming basin, lovely dining room with views that are difficult to beat and with access to the large terrace. Modern kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and two bedrooms one of which with day bed which becomes a comfortable double bed in the evening. Upstairs there is a family room with sofa bed and exit to the balcony where you have if possible have even better views of the sea. Close to service in Kållekärr, 4 km or the central town of Skärhamn with a large selection of shops, restaurants and the well-known Watercolor Museum. You can also take advantage of the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv.
