Large stylish holiday home next to the mill in the fishing village of Mollösund, on the west coast of Sweden.
Kvarnstugan means as much as the windmill's hut.
The detached house is ideal for a family of up to 8 people. The house is even suitable for two families as it can be divided into two independent units. The units each have their own terrace with garden furniture, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms with 4 beds. A beautiful holiday home in a beautiful environment because the house is on the island of Orust in the southern part of BohuslÀn. CNN Traveler counts the BohuslÀn coast as one of the "10 last wilderness areas on earth". Enjoy more of this beautiful nature in the surroundings of Kvarnstugan.
On the hill you have a view of Mollösund, Mollön and the mussel farms in the Stigfjord between the islands of Orust and Tjörn. The house is bright, charming and tastefully decorated, has a large terrace and a beautiful natural garden where you can use spices and herbs. The terrace is located around the house to the south and southwest and guarantees a breakfast in the morning sun and beautiful sunsets in every season. The house is located in a quiet area with 'bathrobe removal' to a beautiful small bathing area with sandy beach and jetties, Tornviksbadet. Or 800 feet to foot to a larger bath with diving tower, called Kattevik. Near the house there is a newly built large playground, mini golf and a football field.
Mollösund is a picturesque fishing village, popular with summer guests and residents with a real fishing community. In the summer alive with boats, in spring, autumn and winter you can enjoy the peace with marvelous walks and cosiness in the Kvarnstugan. There is a grocery store and restaurants around the harbor - fishing spots, bathing areas and terraces. Orust is Sweden's third largest island and lies in the middle of the BohuslÀn coastal region, which stretches from Gothenburg to the border of Norway.

On behalf of the owners, I welcome you together with my partner. We live in this part of West Sweden and are very fond of this beautiful southwestern part of the island Orust. The sea, the seafood and its maritime history is present everywhere. We like people, nature, cooking and fun and run a design B & B, called LĂ„dfabriken, not far away from Kvarnstugan.

Unfortunately, I'm not the owner of Kvarnstugan. Together with my partner, we rent out this beautiful holiday home for a family and ensure the correct handling of all practical matters. I run a B & B not far from this house and close-by if you need us.
