Beautiful 1 bedroom bungalow on the well known and loved 'Playa Park' Complex (close to the San Antonio Hotel.) Quietly situated in tropical well maintained gardens, extremely near to the beach and Puerto Del Carmen's main attractions. There is roadside parking immediately outside the complex and fantastic evening entertainment just a short stroll away. Car hire is not necessary as all of your holiday requirements are practically on your doorstep! These include, beaches, bars, restaurants, banks, shops, doctors, play park, car hire and the fantastic "Rancho Texas Theme Park". An ideal location with lovely accommodation suitable for all, with many guests returning year after year. As owners/managers living on the island, we are here for you and are on hand to offer assistance, advice and information when required.

We are Paul and Susan, we have lived in Lanzarote since 2003 and are conveniently situated close to the bungalows in Puerto Del Carmen. We manage, clean and maintain our 6 bungalows ourselves and are always on hard should assistance be required.

Why they chose this property

Playa Park Bungalows is a sought after holiday complex comprising of just 46 properties, not all are on the rental market so the pool area is seldom full. The area is popular as it is flat and close to all amenities, meaning car hire isn't required. Within just a short stroll there are bars, restaurants, beach, supermarkets, car / bike hire, bank, mini golf and play park.

What makes this property unique

*As we have 6 bungalows all on Playa Park, we often have good availability and can accommodate families wanting to book 2 or more holiday homes.
*We welcome longer term guests who like to travel in the winter months and stay for 4 - 16 weeks.
