My wife and I brought this property with a view to enjoying it ourselves and as a rental property.

The unique situation of the property, slightly out of the centre of Peurto del Carmen and in tranquil and beautifull surroundings makes it the perfect location.

Only 100 yards from the beach and restaurants and bars a short walk away.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we have and we know you wont be disapointed.
