About this property

"Red Pedal Cottage " - Charming Hailey Home

Three bedroom home with 2.5 bath. Master bedroom with attached bath on main floor. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Completely fenced backyard with large deck with outdoor furniture. We are adjacent to the bike path and within walking distance to downtown Hailey, Campion Ice House, skate park, Roberta McKercher Park and 5 minutes to the Sun Valley airport. Deerfield Park is two blocks behind our home, large grassy area, play equipment and picnic tables. During the summer months we have air conditioner units for each of the bedrooms. Laundry room on main floor. Our property (inside and outside) is non smoking. No pets.

We are close to downtown Hailey, adjacent to the bike path. Bike path is great for biking, walking, strollers, roller blading, smooth blacktop surface. We are close to Ketchum and Sun Valley. Activities abound in both winter and summer. Nearby is the Silver Creek Preserve and the Big Wood a fly fisherman's dream. Golfing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Hot Springs, Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Festivals, Sun Valley Symphony, Art Gallery Walks and so much more to enjoy.

After a long day of hiking at Craters of the Moon, this clean and comfortable home was a relaxing retreat. The location in Hailey was perfect: quiet neighborhood, jumped right on the WoodsRiver trail with the provided bikes, and walked to several hiking trailheads.

Lovely little house in Hailey

We had a great time at the Red Pedal Cottage. It's in a great neighborhood, right by the bike path and close to town. The house is cute and really clean! The Big Wood River was less than a 5 minute drive and we enjoyed swimming and fishing in the river. We'd definitely stay again!

Loved this house

My wife and I spent four days in the Wood River Valley with old friends from the Seattle area. Red Pedal Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Well appointed kitchen, two decks, comfortable beds--we wanted for nothing. Ann is a great landlord. Five-stars all the way.

Terry and I have spent many years visiting the Wood River Valley and have always loved it here. We finally took the plunge and purchased our vacation home in 2013. We've updated it to make it warm and welcoming for our family, friends and you! We love Hailey, it has everything you need plus it's just a short 11 mile drive to Ketchum for skiing. Although we live in Auburn, WA we have in town assistance if it's needed.

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood, we have great neighbors and it's so close to downtown and the bike path. Our corner lot also has a huge front yard and a large fenced backyard. Patio furniture is out and comfy for summer socializing.

What makes this property unique

Great home for a family visiting the area. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go for those wanting to dine in. Electric BBQ on the back deck. We have board games, DVDs and a blow-up pool for the backyard. Garage access to store your skis, waders and fishing poles. Both front and back decks have outdoor furniture in the summer.
