Evilio Suites is a family-focused, self-catering retreat where style meets soul, nestled just moments from the sparkling coastline. Perched in the charming village of Prinos, the property combines an enviable location with effortless access to local amenities, creating the perfect base for discerning travelers seeking sun, sea, and serenity. The estate comprises 12 exquisitely appointed suites, which are rented together as a single property, comfortably accommodating up to 36 guests and making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Each suite exudes welcoming elegance, offering a tranquil sanctuary to unwind and recharge after a day of exploration. Step out onto the terrace with a chilled bottle of wine and soak in the four-seater spa whirlpool (non-heated), where leisurely afternoons are made for unwinding, reconnecting, and savoring the gentle rhythm of coastal life.

After a day of discovery, Evilio Suites offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate. The estate features a generous 65 m² private swimming pool, complete with a dedicated children’s section (0.50 m deep), ideal for cooling off under the Mediterranean sun. Adjacent to the pool, a chic, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ (Gas) area, accompanied by a large shaded dining terrace, invites leisurely family gatherings and alfresco culinary experiences. Relax beneath elegant umbrellas, soak in the warmth of the Cretan sun, and savor the art of countryside living. The pool area also features a four-seater spa whirlpool (non-heated), a ping pong table for friendly matches, and a selection of plastic outdoor toys suitable for young children, ensuring that every family member, from toddlers to adults, has space for fun and play. Enjoy meals outdoors as the sun dips toward the horizon, turning every dinner into a moment of serenity and shared delight against the backdrop of timeless landscapes.

Evilio Suites is thoughtfully designed to offer both intimacy and versatility, with 12 exquisitely appointed suites spread across two levels, blending comfort, style, and functionality. Each suite is a serene retreat, complete with modern amenities and private outdoor spaces, creating a harmonious balance between elegant indoor living and the enchanting Cretan surroundings.

Six identical Suites, boasting direct access to the pool terrace • Two suites with Queen Bed (1.60 x 2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture • Four Suites with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00) ,that could be joined to form a King Size Bed, en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture • All of the suites boast a kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils) and dining table.

First Floor
• Six Identical Suites, each with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00) that could be joined form a King Bed, en suite bathroom with shower, 43” Smart TV and balcony with comfy patio furniture and impeccable sea views • Six extra loft type bedrooms, one in each suite, with Two Single Beds (0.90 x 2.00), that could be joined to form a King Bed • All of the suites boast a kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishes and utensils) and a dining table. • The maximum capacity of each suite is four guests.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

**Please also kindly note that the Estate offers an additional fee of 15 euros per guest/per night, for more than 24 guests. The maximum capacity is 36 guests.
