The apartment is part of Hilton and business centre complex situated on a very prestigious part of the main street of Vilnius, Gediminas Avenue.

It is a luxurious one-bedroom ground floor apartment with plenty of light and space created by floor to ceiling windows and modern decor. It has a spacious terrace. It is very secure and monitored by the hilton security cameras, with an electronic gate to access the apprartments. It is located in a tranquil part of the City centre, although is only within short walking distance from the main Vilnius city landmarks.

This modern apartment comprises a bathroom, a walk-on terrace and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, Washing Machine with Tumble Dryer, an electric fan oven with an integrated microwave, four electric cooking rings and a fridge/freezer. The apartment also has air-conditioning, heated flooring and great Wifi.

It is next door to the Hilton entrance.

I am a Solicitor working for Clyde and Co next door to the Gherkin. I am Lithuanian and brought up in Vilnius. I married my English husband and moved to London 10 years ago.
My dream was to own a flat in Vilnius and this year 2019 my dream came true. We furnished the apartment with the best decor. We used an amazing designer to make the most gorgeous apartment right in the most prestigious part of Vilnius city centre.with cafe's shops and everything, you need on your doorstep.
When I stay there I pop to Rimi which is 2 mins walk and get freshly baked croissants and fruit for breakfast. Or full English at Vero cafe that is next to you.

What makes this property unique

Prestigious, City centre location Cheaper, bigger and better than the Hilton; within the complex, there is a supermarket with fresh pastries; chemist; a coffee shop that serves delicious breakfast; steak restaurant within the Hilton called Beef Room; a rooftop terrace above the offices, Yellow bar opposite the Hilton. All city attractions in easy walk, including Vilnius at the other end of Gediminas Ave.
