Magnificent Villa located in the heart of Aljarafe, is very well connected just 300 meters from the bus stop, 3 km from the train station and only 15 minutes from the center of Seville by car, the best place to spend a few days unforgettable in a space designed to enjoy with family or friends or business trip. It has two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, a living room and a large and bright kitchen overlooking the garden and the pool. The pool is 12 x 6 meters and is surrounded by a vault where you can sit to relax or eat.
We also have a large garden with barbecue, ping pong table, pool table and a fantastic professional football table
Restaurants and picturesque areas on foot.

My wife and I absolutely loved this property and the town. Fernando was incredible with everything and so so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we highly recommend.

Seville city break

The pool and the villa are amazing - exactly as the villa photographs. Fernando gave us a list of restaurants to visit as well as “must see” local attractions. There was a fiesta on in the village during our stay which was great although the music went on until the next morning which was very irritating. I assume that this is only on for 1 week per year so not a major issue.

Lovely house, very nice location

The house was lovely, as was the village. Good links to Seville, either by car or bus. The neighbour’s dog, which we had to walk past to enter and exit the building, was very loud and aggressive.

Una casa espectacular. La piscina impresionante, el jardín muy grande y espacioso y la casa muy bien acondicionada y limpísima. Fernando nos atendió estupendamente y no descartamos repetir en otra ocasión. Muy buena casa para disfrutar con los pequeños que se lo pasaron en grande con la piscina, el futbolín, el billar y el pin pon.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en la villa, que cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos!
