La Morada del Yayo 15 minutes from Seville

The space
Villa of 200 m / 2. It has an excellent location, start Sierra Norte 15 minutes from Seville by the freeway A66. Private pool and large lawn with trees. The house is spread over two floors but it is the ground floor that has the majority of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, along with everything you need to cook. Large living room with fireplace open to the kitchen by American bar. The house has another more intimate lounge, 32 "TV and direct door to the outside. It has wifi. Both rooms with a / c, the other rooms have ceiling fans. Very large private pool and hanging hammocks next to it to promote good rest. Outdoor porch with awning to enjoy a good meal in the open air or a good book overlooking the adjacent bullfighting farm. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and toilet. On this floor there is also an attic with a work room for workshops and a terrace of 30 m / 2. The other work room is in an adjoining building on the ground floor, equipped with individual work mats, stereo and projector, 70 m / 2 diaphanous. One of the curiosities that space has is with a Temazcal or steam house construction. Both work rooms together with temazcal are facilities exclusively for workshops.

Guest access
In the town that is about 500m away, there is a tourist and information office, where you can get information about activities in the area, including printing documents.
The town has a variety of supermarkets, artisan bakery and very good Iberian meats from the area.
There is a golf course just 1km further inf. on its website URL HIDDEN. It has a very good and cheap restaurant.
The town has a free tennis court, next to a public pool, although it must be booked in advance so they would have to tell me before.

To get to the villa from the capital or airport, take the A66 motorway towards Mérida, exit at exit 790 towards Las Pajanosas. Once inside the town, follow the avd. main Concepción Soto until the exit, about 500m on the left side is the entrance to the urbanization "EL cucadero" but first you have to make a change of direction about 50m.
