2017 complete remodel! Beachy-chic style with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd levels. This amazing property is just steps to the beach, boardwalk and famous Belmont Park. Featuring 6 bedrooms - including 3 Master Suites - 5.5 baths and sleeping arrangements for up to 17 guests. Enjoy unparalleled ocean and sunset views from either expansive deck while barbecuing or just relaxing in this ideal vacation home.

Throughout the 3000+ square feet of bright and open living space, our home is ideal for families and travelers looking to experience everything San Diego has to offer. The entry floor has a family room, dining area as well as 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a laundry room. There is a Master suite and a second bedroom with queen size bunk beds sleeping a total of 6. The 2nd floor boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with stone fireplace ideal for entertaining, as well as 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths and another laundry room. The 3rd floor features 2 spacious Master suites. The front Master showcases bi-fold doors opening directly to the 3rd floor deck where you can relax while watching and listening to the ocean surf - you will feel like you are sitting on the beach! The second Master features a huge bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, separate makeup vanity, dual sinks and a huge soaking tub with ocean views! A cozy 3rd floor office provides a private retreat for those needing to (begrudgingly) bring work along with them.

The home includes top of the line appliances, furnishings, cabinets, windows, floors, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and DirecTV. Property features include TWO fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, washer and dryer, barbecue, parking garage for one full-size car and one compact car PLUS an outdoor parking space for one standard size car. There is a convenient outdoor shower located on the side patio for quick clean-up after the beach. The beds in each room are as follows:

We are located approximately 5-10 minutes to SeaWorld and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and San Diego International Airport.

Fun Times!

We celebrated our first family vacation in 10 years, and this was the perfect house to do this at! We had a big family of 15 that stayed, adults and children. The location had something for everyone to do. The space in the house gave everyone enough space to breathe when needed. Communication for any issues was quick. Highly recommend this home and definitely thinking about booking again in the future!

Great San Diego Experience!

Location is fantastic. Close to the beach, close to good restaurants and entertainment. Close, easy drive to and from the airport and local attractions. Parking is tight, and was a challenge to park 2 SUVs, but is nice to have the garage to park in at night. We had a Highlander and Grand Cherokee and those were as big as you could get in the garage. We couldn't open the door into the house when parked, but could get the big door closed. The house was fantastic for the 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 14, 14, 14, 12, 10, 9). LOTS of sand toys and camp chairs in the garage for you bring to the beach. We had a great time walking the beach at night and exploring the Belmont Park area to wind down the evening after using the days to see the other stuff San Diego offers.

Great Family Getaway

We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. We enjoyed listening to the waves and the views from the many decks. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the amusement park. Belmont Park was an added bonus for our trip. The rides were fun and not too scary. I rode the rollercoaster at least 4 times! Tickets were easy to purchase and affordable.The kitchen was well equipped for the minimal cooking we planned to do. I didn't realize until the last night that the house had food and yard waste bins available, so we could have composted during our trip.The beach was great! We enjoyed the sunsets together as a family and even spotted a tiny green flash on the last night. Everyone enjoyed the available beach chairs and sand toys. It was far too cold for swimming, but we had a great time bird-watching and people-watching. The outdoor shower was really helpful for rinsing all the sandy feet returning from the beach. Mission Beach is a great spot for a vacation. I highly recommend using this house for a large family or group.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion in San Diego. Ages ranged from 2 to 90 and everyone had a place to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Location for Family Vacation

This property is a very short walk to Belmont park, tons of shopping and restaurants. 3 parking spots is a big plus as well. Very spacious for large groups. Only thing I would suggest is having some shower necessities and at least some seasonings in kitchen. Everything else was great!

Annual Girls Weekend Trip

We have been traveling every year for 18 years and this has been the best home we have stayed in thus far. There are 17 women in our group and finding a home that will accomodate sleeping, bathrooms,indoor, and outdoor space for a reasonable cost is diffictult to find. The floorplan is fabulous for large parties with the first level having a nice patio, small kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The middle floor offered a spacious kitchen, greatroom, and deck which was perfect for meals and games. In addition to the adaquate space for our group the middle floor had 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Floor 3 has 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms along with the best view of the ocean. This is a great house for a large group! Thank you to the amazing owner Liz for her responsivness and helping us to coordinate our stay. We will be back!

The property was as listed . Very well maintained and decorated. I would recommend to a group looking for space and being close to the beach. Only recommendation would be to have a table on the first floor deck where the BBQ is located

Great place!

We booked the whole property (both units) on short notice (a week before), but everything worked out well. The owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, one house from the Boardwalk and about two blocks from Belmont Park, which meant lots to keep our group busy. The house was clean and well maintained. Parking is a bit of a challenge with narrow spaces. However, parking is tough in the whole Mission Beach area. This place had a double garage and one extra (though narrow) space. Some of our guests were also able to find street parking as we needed another space for a car or two. So, overall, this is place definitely is a plus for parking, which is a big positive, in light of the limited parking in all of Mission Beach. Coffee, various other drink offerings and food places were all within walking distance, which was convenient and helpful. Lots of stairs in the house, but that's the way it needs to be at Mission Beach. Everything is built up (various levels) and not out. The patios were very nice and there are views to the ocean. You can also hear the waves crash at night, which was wonderful. On Saturday night there was a pretty loud concert at Belmont Park (a couple of blocks away). However, there must be a curfew as it was very quiet at about 10:00 pm. Other nights were quiet. Overall, we had a great time and would visit again!

Great house!

We had a large group, 8 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Really convenient to have interior access to lower and upper units! Garage is large enough for 2 SUV'S and extra parking fit a full size pickup. Only downfall was not a lot of seating in living room and not very comfortable furniture. But other than that, it's a great house!
