Great for family reunions

Location and size of house was excellent.the kitchen could use more pots and pans and serving dishes needed when cooking for a large family gathering. Filters ext. in back yard need to be cleaned out as they are a hazard to children. The jacuzzi was super and a great gathering location for our group. Parking for 4 cars!

Hot tub and the View!!

Overall a wonderful property to stay in. The location is great, very close to the downtown area. We used Uber and got around everywhere. The space was a good size for the 3 couples who stayed there. Best part was definitely the roof-top hot tub and beautiful views of the city. The hosts were very attentive and respond quickly to any questions.

Family vacation of a lifetime!!

It’s not often that our family can take time off from our busy lives to enjoy a vacation. It’s also very rare that we all stay in one place, so let me tell you, when we walked in to this beautiful home it was like “coming home”! Our hosts thought of everything, and if we needed anything at all they were very quick to respond to a message through the app. The house is wonderfully located between the beach, parks, downtown, as well as the airport! It’s beautiful, clean, very comfortable, a perfect place to bring your family!

Beautiful home!

This was an awesome experience. The home has everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable. The view is unbelievable. The massage chairs were definitely an added bonus after being out sightseeing all day! If I had any questions the owners would get right back to me. Absolutely no complaints. Hope to go back some day!

Wonderful view and great hosts!

We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. It suited our needs and had a hot tub with a beautiful view. If you need a kitchen to cook this may not be the place for you but we were in for a birthday party and were eating out each meal. There is a refrigerator and toaster and microwave so you can make breakfast and some lunches. The BBQ outside looked great but we never used it. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here!

We traveled from Cincinnati Ohio area to San Diego for our son's bootcamp graduation and stayed here for 4 days. We had the max occupancy for this listing and had PLENTY of room. We were worried about it being so close to other homes but there was no noise at all, night or day. It is close to everything whether there for beach, base, or just sight seeing. Plenty of room for parking too. Would definitely stay here again! Our only recommendation is bring towels with you. Between having a hot tub and showering for the max allowed amount in this home, more towels are a necessity!

Great view

This was a great house for a bigger family. There were 12 of us and we all fit comfortable and had areas to separate when we needed it. The view is amazing and so great to sit in the hot tub and watch the boats come in and out. The orange tree in the back where the kids could pick oranges was a great bonus. And tasted amazing. The owners communication was so fast and friendly that I felt like I could ask them anything. Was only 15 to 30 mins drive to anything. And had a grocery store right down the street. Would totally recommend.

Hands Down, the BEST VRBO in San Diego

Amazing hosts, who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, not only during your stay, but also in advance, giving you a variety of options for the numbers and types of beds they set up. The single best view of the bay, downtown, Coronado, the air base, and the airport. Relax on the expansive outdoor elevated patio, either from the outdoor hot tub, or in one of the various types of seating arrangements outside. The outdoor grill and kitchen setup make this place an entertainers dream, and proved to be ideal for our family dinner outside under the stars. We will no longer be looking for a rental in San Diego, we will simply book here each time we're in town. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Wonderful location and home!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental property. Accessing the house was easy even though we arrived late in the evening on the first day of our stay. The owners were very generous to provide toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee. This was also helpful since we arrived so late! All of the basics that we needed for grilling were present as well- oil, salt pepper, foil and some spices. ALL of the beds are high quality and comfy. The communication with the owners was super easy when we had a question. Last but not least, there are blackout shades! So when you are done with the awesome views in the evenings, you can close the blinds and sleep in!

Luxurious

We had a wonderful stay here. There were 6 adults for 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms had very comfortable king beds with the master also having a tv, french doors leading to a patio, and fireplace. A big plus was the air-conditioning which really helped during the heat spike we experienced the first week of July. The large deck was truly a luxury with views of the bay (and consequently fireworks on the 4th) and city lights, a hot tub large enough for all, table and chairs, lounge chairs, bbq grill with oven. The only minus was the "kitchen" area, as we enjoy cooking and found it slightly inadequate. This residence would be perfect for those who enjoy restaurants and take-out, more than home cooking of elaborate recipes. The hosts were very attentive and promptly responded to any questions or concerns.

Thoughtful and Convenient

My family and I stayed at Renee and Raphael's home for our baby shower planned in Mission Valley. We needed to be close enough to get to the venue in case we needed some conveniences of home. The house was close to the freeways as well as Liberty Station. It was convenient enough to be near Roscrans which has tons of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was so thoughtful in all the amenities - appliances, towels, toys, etc. The whirpool tub was excellent to relax in after our all day event. And waking up to the amazing view was just so peaceful. The day after our shower, we had a bbq on the deck and it was the perfect San Diego weekend! Raphael and Renee were also around when we needed them but not obtrusive. They were very friendly and made our stay so pleasant! I'd love to come back to this place!

Absolutely amazing! 4 different spaces that all live as one

We came as 4 different families, and each had our own outside private access. Yet the place had large living rooms, and dining rooms. We could each have our privacy while still enjoying family time. Oh, and the deck views are incredible. Not only during the day, but also at night, with the city skyline and the planes in the distance. Can't hear them, but can definitely see themWill definitely come back!

Awesome experience

We rented this property for a holiday family gathering, 13 people in total. Location is phenomenal to go to the airport, zoo, point loma, liberty station. Plenty of parking on property, and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host was immediately available throughout our trip and even accomodated high chairs, pack and play, and a christmas tree! I am looking forward to booking this property in the future, and have no hesitation in highly recommending it!
