Fattoria 1, spacious apartment in the farm courtyard

Casale Fattoria is situated in the farm courtyard, about 80m just across the road from Tenuta Reginas main building, reception and pools.
Fattoria has a simple rural look and is ideal for big families who want to spend time together, a great starting point for walks or cycle rides and a perfect place to relax after a day in our beautiful yet undiscovered region Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The fattoria apartment has 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 completely furnished bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (there are no balconies).
Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels will also be provided.
As Fattoria is located right in the middle of the farm-yard, it is possible at times to hear some every-day-farm related noises.
We will be happy to give you advice on where to eat and the best places to visit in our magical Region Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The complex is very quiet, great for relaxing. The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. the pool area was particularly great. The apartment was huge and it was well equipped. The only negative point was the condition of the apartment. The smell of smoke, damp and mold was disgusting. We had the windows open during our entire stay because otherwise it was unbearable. there were also huge cracks in the walls and a turned up wooden floor, probably due to water damage. if we ever came back we would choose another apartment.
