The apartment is a second-floor unit set just a few minutes from several attractions and locations, such as beaches, golf courses, and has very good access to supermarkets, the downtown area and public transportation.

It is very central and close to amenities, supermarkets and the main access roads, and the Boavista golf course is just a few minutes away.

The apartment comprises living room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and sun deck area, a kitchen fitted with stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, one main bathroom with bathtub/shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a master bedroom with double-sized bed and on-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The areas are very clean and cool, and as it is part of a private condominium it has a communal swimming pool, garden area, and lots of parking outside.
