1 double bedroom/1 twin bedded room. A hairdryer is provided. Both rooms have good proportions with patio doors taking you out onto the large external terrace. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and central heating controlled by individual thermostats in each room. In addition there is a spare put--u-up bed which can be put in the twin bedded room if required. Blankets for those chillier nights are provided should you need them. There is both air conditioning and central heating in the apartment. The air conditioning unit is in the sitting room which keeps the apartment cool during the summer months. in addition we provide 2 stand fans one in each bedroom. The apartment is ideal for 4 people however if needed we can accommodate 5 people the fifth bed is temporary and small so only suitable for a child or small adult. This bed if you wanted it is normally put in the twin bedded room.

Notes
- We have tried to make the apartment a real 'home from home' so that it is as comfortable as possible for your stay. We have put together a client folder which provides information on how to work appliances e.g. T.V. system as well as what to see and do in order that you can get the most out of your holiday. We make a point of visiting at least once a year as we feel it is important to ensure that the apartment is maintained to a high standard on an ongoing basis. Both internal and external walls and surfaces are therefore regularly maintained and repainted. Similarly soft furnishings eg. curtains, cushion covers etc are laundered as necessary. All white goods and electrical appliances are checked to see if they are in good working order. Externally part of the terrace is a covered room which houses a table and chairs (seats 5) ideal for al fresco eating in the shade. This room also houses sun loungers and a storage box which holds cushions, terrace/beach parasols, beach chairs etc.

- Our arrival/departure times are 17.00 hrs and 10.00 hrs respectively WHERE POSSIBLE we will try to accommodate earlier/later arrival/departure times.
- Over the busy JULY/AUGUST periods we accept bookings from a SATURDAY to SATURDAY for COMPLETE WEEKS ONLY I.E. 7 NIGHTS STAYS OR 14 NIGHT STAYS.
- IF your arrival time is from 22.00 hrs in the evening onwards there is an additinal cost of Euros 20 payable direct to our agent IN ZAHARA on arrival.

Map
Zahara lies on the Costa de la Luz coastline which runs from Gibraltar to the Portuguese border and boasts some of the finest beaches in Spain. Zahara's beach is one of these offering a broad sweep of beautiful golden sand 13 kms long ! the beach is literally a 2 min walk from the apartment. This corner of Andalucia is still unspoilt so that for most of the year you will have the pleasure of having this piece of coastline virtually to yourself.
Zahara still has fishing at its heart and this is reflected in the fantastic variety of fish available in the local market a two minute walk from the apartment.The village has developed a reputation for its culinary excellence over the past five years, with more and more restaurants and tapas bars opening every year. Alongside this there are two gastronomic events, the Ruta del Atun (The Tuna Route), which takes place in May and lasts a week, with each restaurant competing for the coveted title of winner. At the other end of the season there is the Ruta de Retinto (The Beef Route), it is the same concept, but featuring the meat of the famous Retinto cattle.
The hinterland is also beautiful & interesting with a wide variety of things to see and do visits to Seville and historic Cadiz and the hill top town of Vejer.
Jerez with its famous bodegas and wine tasting e.g. Tio Pepe. Donana National Park offering opportunities for mountain biking bird watching & jeep safaris. It is also possible to visit Africa by taking the ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers (35 mins).
Tarifa is famous for wind/kite surfing & whale watching.
The cities of Cadiz and Seville are also within striking distance as is the Portuguese border.
Golf: There are 3 golf courses all within a half hour drive of Zahara. These golf courses are all open to non members and have a much more informal atmosphere than in the UK.
The nearest golf course is the beautiful Montenmedia Golf and Country Club which is a 15 minute drive away. In addition to an 18 hole golf course this venue has an equestrian centre, walking areas and excellent restaurants.
Second closest is Novo Sancti Petri which is a 25 minute drive away. It has 36 holes and was designed by Seve Ballesteros.
San Andreas (Club de Golf Campo) is a 30 minute drive away. It has 18 holes and a driving range.
