This detached cottage rests near Tremadog and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Pen Y Braich Uchaf is a superb base resting on the outskirts of Tremadog. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to six people and serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/dining room and a sitting/dining room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Pen Y Braich Uchaf is a superb base for exploring the delights of this location with your loved ones.

Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating in bathrooms and woodburning stove. Electric double oven and grill, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. TV with Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Garden with lawn area and patio are with furniture and BBQ. Travel cot (Nuna Sena) and one high chair (Stokke Tripp Trapp) available for use. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, smoking not allowed. Pub within 2.2 miles, shop within 5.9 miles. Note: WiFi is not available within the property, but has 4G coverage. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads at all times when outdoors. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note; There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150 for this property. Note: This property is near a functioning farm outbuilding, this area is restricted and should not be entered at all

Heaven.
The Bungalow was all we expected and more. Perfect for a three generation family holiday.. The views from property were amazing. Cliff was friendly and helpful. Full of local information and nothing too much trouble. We all can't wait to return as so much to see and do in the area. Loved the hiday.

Wonderful stay!
Cliff is a fabulous host! He greeted us on arrival and showed us the property. We loved the location - quiet and serene on the mountain with the sound of lambs bleeting. Pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and a dog. The view is to die for!!!
