Games room. Gas central heating with partial underfloor heating. Twin ovens, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, slow cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. TV (Freeview), DVD, WiFi, books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. (no beach towels). Stairgate, travel cot and highchair on request. Two well‑behaved dogs welcome. Free roadside parking (first‑come), plus nearby free car park. No smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1 mile. Sleeps 7 but has one bathroom. Week of 02/05/26 requires full‑week booking, short break can not be accommodated. Two staircases; not suitable for limited mobility.

Town: The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog is know as the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, and is full of shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short drive away, whilst the unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
