Bio Philosophy
The house was built according to GreenBuilding criteria, all the border elements - walls, walls and floors - are built with natural, breathable and eco-friendly materials. Then the building breathes and the internal humidity of the air is captured by the high porosity of the skin (plaster + paint) that covers it and, by capillarity, redistributed to the walls and to the entire structure, so as to allow a rapid interchange and continuous by evaporation towards the outside.

The internal garden offers various areas: from the loggia with a large table and chairs to eat, to the relaxing living room, all lit up discreetly by LED light.
