Ninetta's House Amalfi Coast

A lovely apartment located in the center of the village of Raito (hamlet of Vietri sul Mare and the first pearl of the Amalfi Coast). The name "Ninetta" is in memory of the old owner Anna called "Ninetta" who was a point of reference for the inhabitants and for tourists knowing how to dispense advice and smiles. The owner Carmine and his family want to continue this beautiful tradition. Every visitor will feel at home and thanks to valuable advice he will discover the secrets of a beautiful land like "the Amalfi Coast".

The apartment of about 40 square meters consists of a kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a bathroom (with shower) and is equipped with every comfort. There are appliances such as a washing machine, mixer, iron, kettle, electric oven, oven, hair dryer; shampoo and shower gel kit; smart tv and wi-fi connection with fiber; air conditioning systems in both rooms mode: heating, dry and cold. To reach the apartment there are about 30 steps. The owner Carmine has always worked in the field of tourism and is passionate about excursions, walks and above all enhances the traditions and beauties of the Amalfi Coast and Campania. He speaks Italian, English and French and works with tour operators and agencies to make his guests stay more enjoyable.

Hidden Gem. Carmine was extremely helpful! Property had all of the amenities that we needed for our trip. Parking was a little tough but Carmine helped facilitate. Plan to come back and rent again.

RAITO vacation

the property was as advertised and expected. our host was excellent. he waited for us to arrive after hours and even helped carry luggage to the door. he met us at several times and even arranged a taxi on Sunday when the buses were out of sorts, can not say enough about him. he surely loves his job. we drove through most of Italy in the three weeks we were in the country and this, by far, was the best place to see the true beauty if the place. thanks again.

Cute village of Raito

Ninnetta's house was clean as can be. Carmine, the owner, had his mom meet us. The whole village seems to know one another, it is that small! As we were having difficulty finding the address as there are 2 stairways that go up to the apartment, I asked a man if he knew where it was and we happened to be right at Carmine's sister's door, so he knocked, she told us Mom was on her way and where the apartment was. She showed us around. Carmine came over after work with travel brochures for the area and mapped out our next 2 days of sightseeing. Instead of taking the bus around the coast he suggested the ferry, which was a great way to see the coast and be on the water at the same time. So our 3 nights were delightful and we even got our laundry done. Carmine even brought over groceries on Thursday night for us as we didn't realize the store would close early that night. Called him to ask about it and he came over that evening with everything we needed. He booked one of the restaurants too as it has a driver to come pick you up. So Carmine was very accommodating in every way!

Appartement bien rénové très propre et ça sentais bon. Pas de piece séparée pour le salon. Beaucoup d articles pratiques inclus comme napkin papier toilette savon etc etc Tout y était pour faire la cuisine. Malheureusement il y avait un chien sur l appartement du haut je crois qui jappait souvent la nuit. Il y a a proximité une petite route panoramique qui mène à Vietro sul Mare. Très pratique pour y aller. Pas pour revenir car beaucoup trop de marches et à pic. Service de bus très commode mais pas facile à comprendre au début le fonctionnement et horaires. On parle beaucoup de Positano et Amalfi mais trop touristique et commercial. On a préféré nettement Albori et Minori. Par contre le tour en ferry pour se rendre a Positano par la mer est bien Sur place à Raito il manque une petite terrasse bistro. Ça aurait été plaisant d y prendre leDejeuner/café car a l appartement il n y a pas de balcon qui donne sur une vue plaisante. On se sent renfermé. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines. 1 semaine ou max 10 jours auraient suffit amplement. On a eu du beau temps mais pas assez chaud pour se baigner. La mer est magnifique.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, Massimo ist ein toller und zuvorkommend Gastgeber der uns guteTipps gegeben hat.Der Check-in ging ohne Probleme, das Parken ist für die Amalfi Küste typisch gewesen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und wie beschrieben.Es gab alles in der Nähe, besonders eine kleine Bar mit tollem Ausblick.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa di Ninetta per solo due notti. L'appartamento è molto carino, confortevole e curato nei minimi particolari. La camera da letto ampia e comoda, la cucina piccolina ma con tutti i confort, così come il bagno. L'appartamento era molto pulito. Non ha la vista mare ed è immerso nei vicoli di Raito , pochi km. sopra Vietri, ci sono un pò di gradini per raggiungere l'ingresso, ma la Costiera è tutta così. Un grazie a Carmine per l'accoglienza.

Tout est parfait ici !

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Camile donne un service complet, des conseils de visite, les renseignements pour s'y rendre, vraiment d'une grande aide. Et sa mama est sympathique et d'une grande gentillesse. Que de bons mots pour notre séjour d'une semaine. Pour nous, pas de problème mais pour ceux qui ont des difficultés de motricité, il faut savoir qu'il y a plusieurs marches pour monter à l'hébergement.
