This pretty little holiday home is the outbuilding of a villa in which the owner lives and is located just under 2 km from the small village of Sant'Egidio di Monte Albino (in the province of Salerno), in the nearby hinterland of the world-famous Amalfi Coast.



The accommodation is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation with orange and lemon groves and almond trees. The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a beautiful kitchen, a large bedroom with bathroom and a furnished terrace, ideal for your breakfasts and lunches outdoors. Shared driveway and private, fenced garden, ideal for your children. The location is strategic for exploring the Amalfi Coast, with the marvellous towns of Ravello and Positano just 19 km away. Pompeii with its archaeological sites, a UNSECO World Heritage Site, is 9 km away and Castellammare di Stabia, where you can embark for the island of Capri, is 11 km away. Sorrento, one of the most popular tourist resorts, is about 22 km away. Don't miss the metropolis of Naples, 32 km away, with its artistic and historical treasures, or the city of Caserta, 50 km away, with its magnificent royal palace. If you continue south for about 15 km, you will reach Vietri sul Mare, the southern gateway to the Amalfi Coast, and after a further 3 km, you will reach Salerno with its magnificent cathedral and the winter event "Luci DArtista". For your day trips, we recommend the necropolis of Paestum, 50 km away, with its beautiful Greco-Roman temples and the divine Cilento coast with its tourist gems Palinuro, Marina di Camerota and Agropoli.

Séjour formidable à Sant Egidio de Monte Albino

Tout a été parfait : accueil, propreté, calme. La localisation à 2 Km de la gare d'Angri qui nous a permis de prendre le train plusieurs fois pour Naples ou Salerne. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, très accueillants et nous ont facilité notre séjour. Et dans le village, tous les commerces nécessaires pour faire les courses. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Un logement bien équipé, dans un environnement calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sant'Egidio chez Antonio et Lia, nos hôtes. Ce sont des gens charmants, authentiques et très à l'écoute avec qui le courant est très bien passé. Ne parlant pas italien, nous nous exprimions en anglais. Le logement est très bien équipé, la climatisation appréciable et nous étions heureux le soir de retrouver la quiétude de l'endroit. Sant'Edigio est placé entre Naples et Salerne via l'A3 et au départ de la côte amalfitaine. La voiture est indispensable, même si les transports (train et bus) sont bien développés en Italie. Pour aller à Naples, nous avions fait le choix du train (gare à Angri avec parking gratuit). Une superbe région qui attire forcément beaucoup de touristes en pleine saison !

Mooi lief huisje.

Mooi huis , echt voor 2 personen ,alles aanwezig . Goed bed .Huisje is mooi schoon en aardige mensen. Auto heb je nodig. 1 nadeel was het nachts kunnen de honden best blaffen en janken wat mij weinig nachtrust gaf. ik ging bij foto's uit dat 1ste foto uitzicht was maar dat helaas niet.

Ruhe im Trubel

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit, zwischen dem Trubel im Großraum Neapel findet man hier eine ruhige Oase. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super, zwischen Neapel und Amalfi Küste, dicht an der Autobahnauffahrt (man hört sie aber nicht). Für Menschen über 1,85m ist es in der Küche schwierig und man braucht ein Auto!
