VILLA BARCELONA: Beautiful house with large garden, private pool and independent studio. Located at the end of a quiet passage we reach this one ground floor house. It is distributed in: entrance, a double room (bed 180) type suite with bathroom with bath and toilet, two double rooms with bed 150cm, sink and a shower each, a separated toilet, large dining room with semi-opened kitchen and exit to the terrace. There is a fourth room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet with separate entrance to the house. At the end of the garden we have the independent studio of about 40m2 with four single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is the magnificent garden with the private pool in the middle, the barbecue part and an outdoor shower. In the front of the house there are parking spaces for 4 cars.

Property was fit for purpose but the descriptions of rooms should be clearer.

Descriptions of rooms should be much clearer. There are 3 double rooms inside the main property. 1 double room is in a converted garage and is only accessible from outside and the second building is in quite poor condition with a few single beds and a lot of ants. Also worth noting air conditioning is in the three bedrooms in the main house and no other rooms and can get quite hot inside the living area and kitchen. Pool was brilliant and very well looked after. Location was excellent and a very short walk to the beach.
