Surrounded by a wide variety of services, this apartment offers you the opportunity to enjoy the culinary richness of the area, with restaurants, beach bars to savor delicious sardine skewers, shops with renowned brands, and a vibrant nightlife in the city center. Additionally, it is less than two kilometers from El Ingenio shopping center and two kilometers from Baviera Golf.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and for those wishing to travel with their pets, they are welcome! A supplement of €35 per pet per stay is allowed, and we also offer an airport shuttle service for an additional fee.
Please note that due to the declared drought in the area, water supply will experience cuts from 20:00 hours until a yet-to-be-determined time, as decided by the municipality.
