Newly built house/apartment (August 2022) <br>It has two floors:<br>Floor 0 is the apartment, which has two bedrooms with double beds measuring 150 cm and 135 cm. It features a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a living-dining room, an interior patio, and a porch.<br>Level 1 is a sun deck/terrace with a table and chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower.<br>The apartment is 15 metres from the beach, right on the waterfront in a traditional fishing district of Málaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants just steps away and along a 20-kilometer coastal route. It’s a quiet area with excellent public transport service every 8 minutes. The city centre, with all its cultural attractions, nightlife, and shopping, is a 10-minute bus ride away; Nerja and its caves are 30 minutes away; and Torremolinos is 25 minutes away. This is an ideal spot for those seeking relaxation, with all amenities close at hand.

This is a lovely clean apartment with its own large roof terrace, just off the beach. A convenient location to get into Malaga, there are frequent buses that take about 25 min, a scenic bus ride. El Palo is a friendly, working class area with fantastic fish and seafood restaurants. Don't miss grilled sardines fired up at little shacks along the side of the beach. The host is very kind and attentive

Emma and her family have been very nice and polite guests who took care of the apartment as theirs leaving it tidy and clean. The communication was easy and fast with her. They were very responsible.
