This is your place for Desert Zen, with close and easy access to the Indio Polo Grounds, Coachella Festival, Stage Coach, Date Festival, Tamale Festival, and much more. Approximately 1.5 miles away from major venue parking, 0.5 miles from Coachella Fest Uber drop off lot. Closest major cross Streets are Avenue 48th/Monroe. 10-15 min from central Palm Desert and 20-30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Close access to local grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

Please note, per Indio City Ordinance/Permits, the maximum occupancy for this home is 8 and strictly enforced. Signed Rental Agreement is required.

Fun fact, we are both Nurses, so besides hosting people in our beautiful home, we love to care for those in need.

When we sit outside, we love to have the fountain on and listen to the calmness of the trickling water, and the birds chirping in the background. Also, we love taking early morning walks in the neighborhood and looking at the beautiful Desert Landscape and surrounding mountain view.

Our property stands out mostly for its central location to the Indio Polo grounds and many festivals and concert venues that occur throughout the year.
