This is your place for Desert Zen, with close and easy access to the Indio Polo Grounds, Coachella Festival, Stage Coach, Date Festival, Tamale Festival, and much more. Approximately 1.5 miles away from major venue parking, 0.5 miles from Coachella Fest Uber drop off lot. Closest major cross Streets are Avenue 48th/Monroe. 10-15 min from central Palm Desert and 20-30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Close access to local grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

Please note, per Indio City Ordinance/Permits, the maximum occupancy for this home is 8 and strictly enforced. Signed Rental Agreement is required.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All guests must be 21 or over and anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of 21. No events. No Smoking. Garage access for EV Charging only.

No sleep over of anyone not on the reservation, and any violation may result in cancellation of your resv.

Fun fact, we are both Nurses, so besides hosting people in our beautiful home, we love to care for those in need.
