Close to the sea by Mommark, this cottage with whirlpool and sauna is located on a well-kept garden plot, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet and scenic area, where from the morning terrace there is a beautiful view of the water. The cottage was built in 1997 and appears in good condition. Well-equipped kitchen with e.g. convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. There is underfloor heating in one bathroom. In the sauna and whirlpool there is the opportunity for relaxation. In the living room you will find i.a. TV, stereo and wireless internet. There is also a wood burning stove. For the little ones there is a high chair. There are four bedrooms as well as a cot. There are 40 m & # 178; open terrace area. In addition, there are 12 m & # 178; covered terrace. Here you can really enjoy the outdoors with e.g. lounge furniture and several sets of garden furniture and 3 sun loungers. There is a swing, sandpit, playhouse and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The house is suitable for cycling holidays, as it is located in an area with good cycling routes.
