The house has a floor zero with a big living area, dining room and kitchen all in open space connected. There is also a toillet in this floor. In the first floor we have 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with walk in shower. the 4th room in in the annex independent from the house, with private bathroom (with walk in shower)This exterior bedroom has 2 to 4 beds depending on the number of guests. Outside you can use all the 900sm or garden with small pool turned south with sun and shadow zones.
